BetterUptime Suppoer

In this release, I have added BetterUptime support! If you use BetterrUptime instead of UptimeRobot, you can now use Passport's Uptime feature.

✨ Highlights

To configure BetterUptime, get your monitor API key from Better Stack → API tokens → Team-based tokens. Then, in your .env file, set UPTIME_PROVIDER to betteruptime and set PASSPORT_UPTIME_API_KEY to your API key.
