ZQDGR should make sure that the kill signal actually killed the program after a timeout, and if it didnt, force kill it #3

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
If you set the kill signal to something like, for example, SIGINT in the zqdgr.config.js, ZQDGR will blindly accept that sending that signal will kill the program, but it might not.
