Sidenav becomes a full-screen overlay on mobile with slide-in animation.
Dialog goes full-screen on small screens. Settings dialog gets a mobile
nav with hamburger menu. Touch targets and text sizes scaled up for
mobile. Slider gets visual checked/unchecked colors. Sidebar auto-closes
on mobile route navigation. Resize handle hidden on mobile.
Integrates SearXNG web search as a tool available during chat when the
agent has search enabled. Supports optional reranking of results via a
configurable reranking model. Replaces Python subprocess evaluation with
@pydantic/monty WASM runtime. Introduces stable tool call ID mapping to
avoid exposing provider-native IDs to the database.
Adds a config jsonb column to agents for per-agent search settings
(enabled, rerank, maxResults). Types systemAssistants with rename and
rerank sub-objects. Backfills missing systemAssistants keys on settings
fetch. Includes generated drizzle migrations.
I should have split this into two commits, but I found the issue with the
settings buttons *after* I changed how the model selector worked, so its
all in this single commit.
This commit adds message editing as a feature. To accomplish this, the settings
dialog was refactored into a singleton and now the message edit and settings
use the singleton where appropriate.
This commit makes it so that a user's theme will only be pulled from the
database rather than from a weird mix of cookies and the database. This
fixes some issues with themes rendering weirdly.
- Centralize `useAgents` and `useModels` state within the Nuxt app context to prevent data leaks and improve initialization.
- Migrate virtualization from `vue-virtual-scroller` to `@tanstack/vue-virtual` with new `RowVirtualizerFixed` and `RowVirtualizerDynamic` components.
- Upgrade Nuxt to v4.3.1 and remove `@vue-macros/nuxt`.
- Replace `big.js` with an optimized custom `lshDecimal` string manipulation logic for pricing calculations in the provider API.
- Implement automatic focus redirection in `ChatInput` to capture standard keyboard input.
- Refactor Sidenav and Settings components to utilize virtualization for long lists (topics, agents, models).
- Enhance theme colors and mobile experience. More work to come on both of these.
This is once again a huge commit, but its mostly performance
improvements along with some bug fixes and refactoring. It also includes
changes to the theming systems. I'm still not 100% happy with the
theming system, but its better than before.
Model fetching has been dramatically improved! Nearly all the important
computation and pre-processing has been moved to the server. This has
also somehow fixed the way model details are loaded, which was causing
many models to be missing their details despite models.dev having them.
The markdown renderer has once again been changed, but I'm mostly
certain that this is the last time major changes will be made to it. The
renderer is not spamming components, bloating memory usage, and its not
using a bug prone custom written chunking system.
There's also a lot more that I haven't mentioned and honestly forgot. I
need to get better commit hygiene tbh.
